Amarena Fabbri Jar Vintage Container - Italy 1990

Vintage jar of Amarena Fabbri produced and dating back to 1990. The container is made of white ceramic decorated with cobalt blue floral motifs, an iconic and characteristic design of the Fabbri brand. The liberty style writing "Amarena Fabbri" stands out in relief on the front of the jar, along with multilingual indications (in Italian, French and German) that describe its contents: black cherries in syrup.

The shape of the jar is elegant and rounded, with a lid also decorated with blue motifs, which recalls the traditional Italian style. The net weight of the product, indicated on the label, is 600g, suggesting that this jar once contained black cherries preserved in sugar syrup, a confectionery specialty much appreciated for garnishing ice cream, cakes and desserts.

The lid of the jar features a barcode and a best before date, confirming the authenticity of the product as a 90's edition. This jar is a collector's item, highly valued for both its content and its decorative value, it is in excellent condition with some slight signs of aging.
