Returns Policy

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:



The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.

The item must be in its original packaging.

The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:



Customised or bespoke products.

Gift cards.

Perishable products (e.g. food, flowers).

Return Procedure

Contact us: Send an email to info@dispensavintage.it to start the return process. Please include the order number and a detailed description of the reason for return.

Return Approval: Once we receive your request, we will respond within 2-3 business days to approve the return and provide you with further instructions.

Partial refund: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g. items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original packaging).

Refund Timeframe

If you have not yet received your refund:



Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially issued.

Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is visible.

Changing Items

Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@dispensavintage.it and send your item to our address provided in the instructions.



Size or Colour Changes

For size or colour changes, please email info@dispensavintage.it to check availability of the new item. Shipping costs for the change are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.



Shipping of Returns and Exchanges

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



Shipment Tracking

If you are shipping an item valued over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee to receive your returned item.
