## 📱 1. Data Collected by the App
### 1.1 Data Saved Locally on Your Device
The App saves some information locally on your iOS device to improve your shopping experience.
**This data is NOT sent to our servers** and remains exclusively on your device.
**Wishlist:**
- Product ID
- Product name
- Price
- Image
- Date added
**Cart:**
- Product ID
- Product name
- Amount
- Selected variants (e.g. color, size, year)
- Price
**Notification Preferences:**
- Notification activation status (on/off)
- Notification category preferences (new arrivals, price drops)
**User Mode:**
- Profile status (guest/customer)
> 🔒 **Important:** This data is automatically deleted if you uninstall the App or clear data from your iOS settings.

### 1.2 Analytical Data (Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics 4)
To improve the user experience, we collect anonymous data through Google's **Firebase Analytics**.
**Behavioral Events (anonymous):**
- Products displayed
- Research carried out
- Additions or removals from cart or wishlist
- Checkouts started, completed, or abandoned
**Device Information (automatic):**
- Device model
- iOS version
- App Version
- Language and region
- Anonymous device identifier
**Important:**
- All data is **anonymous**
- We do not track GPS location
- We do not share data with third parties for advertising purposes

### 1.3 Checkout and Payments (Shopify)
The App uses **Shopify** as its e-commerce platform to manage orders and payments.
**How It Works:**
1. Click on “Proceed to checkout”
2. The app opens the secure Shopify checkout
3. Enter your data directly into Shopify
**Important:**
- The App **does not have access** to your payment data
- Shopify handles data according to its own [Privacy Policy](https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy)
- It is **PCI-DSS** certified
**Storefront API Integration:**
- Show products, availability and prices
- Create temporary carts
- Does not collect personal data

### 1.4 Push Notifications (Optional)
If you enable push notifications:
- An **anonymous device token** is generated
- You can receive updates on new arrivals or price drops
You can deactivate them at any time by:
- iOS Settings → *Vintage Pantry → Notifications*
- App Account → *Notifications*
